How To Order
Browse through our site, pick your favourite item[s] and send us an email at: batik101@gmail.com
Step 1.
Send us an email including:
- Your name
- Code Item
- Service Preferred (C.O.D, By post)
- Address
- Contact Number
Step 2.
We will then reply your enquiries/confirmation email within 24 hours.
Step 3.
Bank in payment to our Maybank Account (Account number will be provided in confirmation email) within 3 days. If there is no respond from you, items will then be released.
Step 4.
After payment has been done, send us an email or text message. Do include transaction date and amount of payment.
Step 5.
Items will be sent out on the day or next once payment has been received. (Applicable only on weekdays)-If you were to make payment on Sat or Sun, items will only be sent out on Monday.
